Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson (born in 1961) is an ex- American actress. Elson's acting career started as a child actor, and model. But, she's famous for her character Alice Tyler in CBS science fiction. Andrea auditioned for and was awarded the role as Lynn Tanner on the hit show ALF (1986). The actress continued to appear for a long time on different hit TV shows and Movies of the Week before leaving the entertainment business to focus on raising her family. ALF came during a particularly challenging moment to Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People magazine published an account of her career back in 2000. Elson commented that growing up with a spotlight wasn't simple. Elson, who was green eyed New York City native grew in her travels due to the job in advertising that her father had. Before she was ten years old, she was living throughout New York Chicago San Diego and Los Angeles. Andrea was able to find an agent in San Diego and won her audition for her first part. Fusco agreed with the notion by declaring, "ALF can drink beer since he's older than 285." As ALF gained more popularity with children NBC stated to Fusco it was not appropriate to have him drinking the kids are watching it's a bad character model. Fusco believes that ALF did not have the maturity required to drive drunk, wasn't right. In 1995, Fusco was discovered to be suffering from cancerous lymphoma. It was treated successfully and he went on to be in remission for the rest of his existence. The illness was fatal on 26 June 2019, when he had been 75 years old. He died at the Lillian Booth Actors Home, Englewood NJ.
